This Policy relates to the JOLT Coffee App application for iOS and Android (the App) (Us, We, Our). We are a company LLC in New York, NY at 261 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10061. Individuals using the App shall be referred to as (You, Your). We are agents for a number of independent coffee shops and offer their services through our App (Service(s)). If you are unsure about the implications of this please refer to our most recent T&C’s (Terms and Conditions)

If you do not agree with these terms you must immediately stop using our JOLT Coffee App. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, or if you choose not to provide us with any personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services.
This Policy applies to our App. By continuing to use JOLT Coffee App you are agreeing to this Policy and that we can collect your personal information.
For the purpose of providing our Services any of the following data (Data) may be collected by us through our App:
Personal Data: including: name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, gender, other registration information and geo location (when applicable). Please note if you do not provide us with certain personal information which is required to provide the Service to you, it may affect your ability to use the Service(s) of JOLT Coffee App.
Technical Information: including your IP address (automatically collected); web browser type and version (automatically collected); a list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activities on the App; your operation system (automatically collected) and the unique device identifier of the device you are using as well.
Financial Information: including information related to payment of fees charged by us for use of the Services. This will include credit card details.
Other Information: including your feedback or communications with us via any medium; information about the principals (being the coffee shop owners); We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the coffee shops or third parties and are under no duty to filter or monitor information we collect. We do not guarantee that you will be able to permanently remove or delete personal information that we have collected.
As we do not allow persons under the age of 18 to use the Service. Should such information be inadvertently collected we will take all necessary steps and measures to remove and/or destroy such information in a reasonable timeframe once we become aware that such information has been collected.
What we use your Data for:
Services relating to you: including providing our service(s) to you; managing your account for the service; improving the service; creating, improving or editing content on JOLT Coffee App; investigating complaints; monitoring the use of the App; providing support to customers and venues; providing you with information.
Your data may also be used to do any other act reasonably connected to help fulfil the obligations as stated in this policy.
Subject to this Policy, any personal data you submit will continue be accessible to us for one year after you close your account.
We may contact you with offers and information about our Services, or those of our partners or associates. We may also contact you with updates about changes and features of the service or important news that may impact your use of the Service. These communications are considered related directly to your use of the Service. However, these may contain banners, ads or promotional material.
If we are required to send any notices to you, including notices required by law, these will be sent to the email address you provided to us when you registered for the services.
Data security is important to us and to protect your data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected via our App. All data will be saved in our back office systems.
In the event that we expand or reduce our business, or sell or transfer control of all or part of it we may transfer data provided by you to the new owner(s) and they will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the data for the purposes for which it was originally provided to us.
In the event that any data submitted by you is to be transferred we will not contact you in advance and inform you of the changes and you will not be given the choice to have your data deleted or withheld from the new owner.
If you take part in any referral service you warrant that you have obtained the referrees consent to provide their information and for us to contact them; they may contact us to request we delete this information. You agree to indemnify us for all losses we may incur in resolving claims arising from this referral service.
We take all reasonable steps to protect your information and have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data.
We store all personal data securely and in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office.
You may access certain areas of our App without providing any data at all. You cannot access our App without allowing us to get some information from your device. If you are required to submit personal data to us you will be given options to restrict our use of that data. This may include the use of data for direct marketing purposes; and sharing data with third parties.
The physical location of your device will be collected in order to provide you with location specific services on our App. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you.
Following termination or deactivation of your account with us (Your “Account”), we may still retain your information (including personal information) for a reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes, or to maintain and improve the Service(s) of the App.
Further we may retain and use all information (including personal information) contained in your communications to us or through our App.
There is always a risk involved in sending any information using the Internet and you send such information entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any unauthorised access or use of this information.
We reserve the right to change this Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the App and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the App following the alterations.
